Programs & Training Options

The path back to your inner athlete typically begins with Essential Training or Private Sessions.

During these sessions you will be exposed to a variety of exercise movements at light to moderate intensity levels while you become familiar with our methods. We are training movements, not muscles.  We are primarily looking for competency with these primal movement patterns.  We do this without motors or automation.

When you enroll in our Essential Training program you will participate in one of our group training classes throughout the week AND will attend a a minimum of two Essential sessions.  These essential sessions will magnify the focus on our training methods and lifestyle recommendations. These are a mandatory part of the essential training phase.

Please contact Jess Reinhardt to schedule your four point assessment.

Boot Camp Fitness

Our signature class offers a structure based upon simple, yet effective fundamental movement patterns executed at high intensity. These workouts deliver time-tested measurable health and fitness improvements. This technology delivers the most effective broad-based fitness results in the most efficient manner possible. Each training session will have a different objective and the time exposure will also be different. These movements will challenge you, but the format is non-competitive (unless you choose to make it so).  You can stay with these offerings, or once you have developed a certain level of competency you can petition to move to the Advanced CrossFit group. The advanced group will pick up where your Boot Camp training left off, but the big difference here will be in the intensity level.  Each workout will have a quantifiable result. These are competitive events.  You will be training with more focus and more intensity.  The movements pool will expand and the loads will be higher.

Will it be hard? Yes, but not impossible.
Can I keep up? Yes. Everyone else here started out just like you.

After one month, your transformation will be initiated. By month number two, your friends will want to know your secret.  You do not need to be in shape to begin the program, BUT if you are overweight, or have questions about your health or fitness you should contact us prior to enrolling.

Boot Camp Group Classes meet Monday – Friday at: 5:00am, 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:30am and 5:45pm.

Advanced Boot Camp / CrossFit

If you are looking for full-on Crossfit style training, this is for you! This class builds upon the fitness skills and techniques learned during the Boot Camp group training.

Students will have participated in a minimum of three sections of Boot Camp and will have demonstrated the necessary levels of athletic fitness required for these training sessions. Athletes who wish to advance directly to these group workouts will have to submit a written request and may be required to demonstrate certain athletic fitness skills prior to participation. The staff of Boot Camp Fitness reserves the right to disqualify any applicant.

Advanced Boot Camp / CrossFit Group Classes meet Monday – Friday at: 5:00am, 6:00am, 7:00am  and 5:45pm.

The Max Effort Black Box (MEBB)

This class is based on the most popular strength template to improve CrossFit and athletic performance. Created in 2003 by Coach Michael Rutherford the MEBB is a program of dedicated strength training followed by a brief metabolic conditioning (Metcon) session.

If you lack the ability to perform Metcon training with the prescribed weights or wish to train with a strength bias and the flavor of a Division I college athlete, this is your program.

This particular expression is a three day per week example.  Each training day includes a strength focus followed with a metcon and posterior chain exercise.

The MEBB Class meets on Tuesday/Thursday at 6:45 pm and Saturdays at 9:30 am.
